I am Fully EDI capable, utilizing Alamode Wintotal Software and Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer. Data sources used are Win2Data, NDC Data, Crisnet MLS, CLAW MLS, Alliance MLS, GLVAR and Title Company data. My typical turn over time is 3 - 5 days from receipt of the order. I will call your client within 24 hours of receiving your appraisal request form. I will call you immediately regarding my contact results and appointment time. Appraisal reports are emailed in PDF format with license and current E&O insurance attached. My appraisal report will be on the new Fannie Mae 2005 form with digital signature.
